Salesman was amazing the aftermath was not! When trading in the car in the picture below three weeks after we bought it, we bought a 15 ML from the same dealership where we were told by Lana tha When trading in the car in the picture below three weeks after we bought it, we bought a 15 ML from the same dealership where we were told by Lana that we needed to give a post dated check for the gap insurance 1,000.00 and that they would hold it until the refund check came back from the GAP insurance. Well low and behold the check was cashed and yet have to receive the 1000.00 from GAP. After being told at least 5 different reasons of why we didn’t get it on Monday Lana called to tell us she made a mistake and would do the service B on our other Mercedes SUV (also bought from MB of Tyler) then the next day she called to say that her general manager wanted to sit down with us and show us where it was put in the deal. I have done auto loans myself a long time and have seen a lot of contracts and unless the dealership has magical powers it’s not there and per mercedes financial the gap insurance was never cancelled. So no We will be driving to Dallas to get the next mercedes. More

He listened to what I wanted to find/the options I needed on my vehicle, and he got me a good price for it when I was ready to purchase. And he's a genuinely nice guy. Awesome Experience!! Drove from Austin Texas to purchase. This dealer is REAL and they LISTEN!! I live in Austin and contacted both dealers here in my home town. I knew exactly what I wanted and each dealer was trying to sell me something I didn't want with less equipment and trying to justify why I didn't need it. This is an expensive purchase and I am going to get exactly what I'm looking for. Michael McLaughlin at this Mercedes dealership in Tyler said "NO PROBLEM". They got me the exact car we wanted and never blinked an eye. Funny thing is Michael's price was the same as the Austin dealers trying to sell me something I didn't want with less equipment. Libby the sales person was helpful and the sale went smoothly but when we took th We bought a Mercedes 250 GLE for my wife at Mercedes Benz of Tyler. Libby the sales person was helpful and the sale went smoothly but when we took the vehicle in for its first 10,000 mile service we had problems. We delivered the vehicle at our allotted time for the service but when we returned to pick it up 3 hours later it wasn't ready. We were sent home in the courtesy vehicle (we live over 40 miles away) and my wifes vehicle was returned the next day. Nothing was filled in on the service history documentation book. When we took the vehicle in we mentioned that one of the key fobs was draining batteries very quickly. This has been an ongoing problem for over 18 months now and despite repeatedly calling the dealership, no-one returned our calls. Eventually the service manager explained that the battery for the key fob needed to be replaced by a genuine Mercedes battery and sent us two. The battery lasted less than a week and we still have the same problem. For a near $40,000 vehicle IMO this is not good enough. More
