Hi Joe Scott. Please accept our apology for the breakdown in communication regarding the repair of your 2014 Sprinter Cargo Van. We anticipated experiencing some “growing pains” when opening our satellite Sprinter repair facility located at 5210 S Julian Dr in Tucson but we could have and should have communicated with you much better than we did. We are confident that our initial recommendation and your approval to replace the NOX sensors on your van with 154k miles will indeed correct the problem you are experiencing.
