Misrepresentation and pushy Sales floor Manager My name is Loretta, my husband and I recently purchased a 2018 E 300 CPO car from Fletcher Jones Newport Beach and financed it with MBZ Financial Se My name is Loretta, my husband and I recently purchased a 2018 E 300 CPO car from Fletcher Jones Newport Beach and financed it with MBZ Financial Services at a perferred rate of 1.9% for 36 months. About a month later as we were driving back from San Diego we decided to stop in at Mercedes Benz of Temecula. My husband knew Omar the past couple of years so we met with Omar Sahar in Sales and Omar for some reason got Jackie Nassar involved who claimed to be a recent hire as a Sales floor Manager. MBZ was advertising in their TV Commercials and on the internet with above average Credit anyone could lease a new 2019 GLC SUV with $4250. down and a monthly payment of $429.00 per month. Everything was going great until Jackie got involved. Jackie was very pushy from the beginning and giving Omar ordering him around like he was her pion. We actually had a similar experience with Jackie while she was Salesmen working at Walter's MBZ in Riverside, CA. and ended up dealing with another Salesman. MBZ Temecula didn't have the color we wanted but Jackie insisted that Omar let us test drive a 2019 GLC Hybrid because they were giving rebates up to $9,000. off MSRP along with other Tax incentives. While my husband and I we're waiting outside with Jackie for Omar to pick us up in the GLC. Jackie being 3 feet away from us started in yelling at two of her Salesmen saying, don't just stand there like idiots, go after and look for customers that are walking around. You could tell these two grown men were humiliated and embarrassed and walked away. Jackie asked me about my Fico score I told her it was an 830 and $250K in W2 annual income that we just purchased a 2018 CPO E Class MBZ receiving 1.9% financing with MBZ . This is separate not including my husband's income and Fico which is similar to mine. Once Omar picked us up, while driving the GLC Jackie told us one lie after another. Jackie told us the GLC had a special lease of $999.00 per month after the $9,000. rebate on a $59K GLC that normally it would be $1200. per month. Jackie also told us on a regular non hybrid GLC $10K less in MSRP the regular GLC with MBZ Financial had no special incentives and would be $899.00 per month, that only special's were on the more expensive hybrid models. We knew this wasn't true but just let Jackie continue to dig herself a deeper hole. Jackie said the hybrid is actually alot better value for the money and the special incentives are only on the hybrid and is ending shortly. As we got out of the GLC hybrid Jackie told me we have the vehicle in white or black only not the color combination that we wanted. Jackie was relentless trying to convince me and my husband we will never get this deal again and the prices will be going up with no more incentives. Jackie said we don't want you going back to Fletcher Jones Newport Beach MBZ as our owner Garth Blumenthal will be really upset. This was the second time I told Jackie she didn't have the color combination I wanted she got really sarcastic and said she needed to go and walked off calling Omar over and left us behind like we waisted her time. Omar apologized to us and we told Omar Jackie was lying to us about the lease special's and incentives that MBZ we're advertising on TV and the internet. Omar agreed Jackie had lied to us was overly pushy, Omar told us he heard everything Jackie told us while being on the test drive but couldn't say anything and kept apologizing. We left and thanked him for his time. This review is being written by me, Loretta separate from my husband. More
