Emergency Service while out of town Well I'm out of town on a trip my car started running rough and we noticed the Mercedes sign from the highway. We arrived very late in the afternoon Well I'm out of town on a trip my car started running rough and we noticed the Mercedes sign from the highway. We arrived very late in the afternoon and Josh Hernandez service consultant there understood our story and our urgency to get back home as I had just been traveling home from a surgery in California. They dropped everything and made my car priority and within a short. Of time I told us they figured out the strange problem that did not generate an error code or engine light message and they fixed it. I had a cracked spark plug and they diagnosed it without delay. Josh kept us posted as we were worried we would be stuck and he was very kind and help with Alternatives in case our car wasn't able to be repaired including offering loaner car. I can't thank Josh Hernandez enough for him going out of the way knowing that his service department was busy and full and prioritize our problem because we were traveling out of town. Thank You Josh. Great work.. More

Looking around, we were greeted by Aaron Fickle, who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through the available cars there and ended up test driving GLE 350.
