The service that was done was good as always but the customer service is definitely not the same, the people behind the service desk very unprofessional carrying on personal conversations and there was an older gentleman sitting back there on his phone. I was told to go outside and wait for valet after I paid to get my car there was no one there for about 10 minutes it was HOT out, I went inside to ask if they knew where valet attendant was and I was ignored, then a lady was passing by and the older gentleman on his phone told her she’s looking for valet not actually acknowledging me. Once valet was found he didn’t bring the car to me, he walked me there then the car was locked so we walked back then he said go back again the key is inside which made no sense since the car was locked I walked back only to wait again while he went inside to look for my key he came back and said you can drive it out of the spot right? I was annoyed but made no big deal about because did I mention it was HOT? On top of that I was with my 8yr old daughter, yes she was out there waiting in the heat with me while your employees got their stuff together. I will definitely think twice before I bring my car again. More
Great Service I came in with a couple different issues and in no time my service provider Reza got my maintenance scheduled and got me a ride home. Sam called us when the car was ready and the service was completed with 15 minutes of Sam’s estimation. We needed a ride to the clinic and the Uber process took about 3 hours. This was frustrating. Sam filled our gas tank which was appreciated but I feel the Uber process should could be better. More

The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that in the calls that I have have made to the service department they were extremely delayed in responding to me. I can appreciate that the representatives are very busy and there is a text message option but sometimes I need to voice my concerns to an actual human. I will bring my car back and recommend this location to friends. Unfortunately the following day after service the check engine light came on which is extremely frustrating and inconvenient, not to mention expensive considering the last payment I just made. More
