Fast, quick, courteous but questionable quality. We were told that my wife's GLA250 would be washed before the windshield was replaced. Wasn't done. Then, we were told that the windshield could be ti We were told that my wife's GLA250 would be washed before the windshield was replaced. Wasn't done. Then, we were told that the windshield could be tinted by a 3rd party vendor and that the glue was sufficiently dry to do so. Again, that info was incorrect. The window tinting company stated that the glue was coming off on its knife which suggested the glue was not sufficiently dried. A bit disappointed overall. I just hope the windshield doesn't leak when we get rain. Everybody is always really friendly and courteous. Lots of glitz and glimmer, but the substance isn't always there. More

Leased 2 vehicles Ian the sales rep was great. He wasn’t pushy at all. Expected negotiation tactics amongst the 2 managers involved in finalizing the deal but ultimat Ian the sales rep was great. Only downside is there was a cracked plastic piece that was overlooked on my wife’s car and a plastic part on my trunk cracked only a few days later but they are supposed to be getting these issues resolved for me. Cheaper than SD Seems a bit scattered people don’t ask if you’d like water and you sit in your car a while . GLE lease Alex A. was great, did not try to talk me into a GLS, though that was my first interest for the 7 seats. Alex is relaxed, helpful, not loud or pushy, Alex A. was great, did not try to talk me into a GLS, though that was my first interest for the 7 seats. Alex is relaxed, helpful, not loud or pushy, and keeps negotiations simple and reasonable (and I am not a haggler, so good for me). Gives details on all the options for different cars, so easy to make decision. Alex also sold a GLA to my son a few months ago, his first new car purchase. And we both appreciated his good service. Also note this dealer has a LOT OF CARS to choose from, a huge amount of assets sitting in the parking lot! Even have the Maybach and vans. Dealership is great, everyone I met seemed very competent and friendly. Have not tried the service yet. More
