Poor communication, dropped the ball, poor follow up Service ordered the wrong tires for my car which we discussed which ones were correct speed rating and this delayed my service. Poor communication on when I would get car back - never given estimate on when it would be done. Service Waited until very end of the day after my car had been at dealer since 9 am that they had ordered the wrong tires. More

The rest of the staff, including the cashier, coffee bar, and even the sales team is always super friendly; even starting conversations and entertaining my young son. Seat Belt Tensioner GLC300 After 3 visits seat belts are fixed, Yeah. 1st visit Tech found no problems, talked with service Manager “Mick” retested with Mick in my car and seat After 3 visits seat belts are fixed, Yeah. 1st visit Tech found no problems, talked with service Manager “Mick” retested with Mick in my car and seat belt failed. Mick would have service writer order parts, I called asked about parts (1 1/2 weeks later no call from Dealer) parts are in and appointment was scheduled. 2nd visit checked in waited and was told wrong parts and rescheduled. 3rd visit correct parts were in and 4 1/2 hours my Car was repaired Thanks to Elizabeth Celiceo for her determination and courtesy. .
