The total bill seemed comparatively costly to me, however I was pleased at the apparent level of attention to other details, even including a good carwash. I would certainly return for more help; all staff there with whom I interacted at the dealership were very responsive and had great customer-focused attitudes. Out of possible 5, I rate MBoT 4 stars, because a key for another Sprinter was left in my van and I also received a flood of apparently-new telemarketing calls after my repeated calls to the Service dept. Terrible service department Miss diagnosed the engine noise on my 2011 ML 350. Unable and or unwilling to fully diagnose the problem. Terrible customer service and communication. Did not deliver what was promised this is the 4th time the van was suppose to be washed and it was not. In every occasion we were called and told the van would be ready in about 45 mi this is the 4th time the van was suppose to be washed and it was not. In every occasion we were called and told the van would be ready in about 45 minutes from the call because it was being washed, when we arrived the van was not washed. We were then told, “oh, sorry could you bring it back later or can you wait an additional 30 minutes to have it washed”. I just don’t understand why it’s not done other than someone is lazy about doing it because it is a big van and they figure that no one is going to come back just to get a wash. Very frustrating, it would not be a big deal but it happens every time. More
