I had yet another problem with my GL that was under a limited warranty that just expired but Jose and his Mgr Phil at the service dept. intervened on our behalf with Benz USA and saved us over 3k. I can’t say enough how much we are grateful to these 2 gentlemen because without them our kids Christmas would have been Ruined. Phil you’re a gem and Jose you’re professionalism is uncanny and Chris the GM you’re doing a great job running this operation. So Garth yes I believe you meant what you said to me & Kent you’re doing a good job helping him fix the many problems this dealership had under FJ. More
