Fantastic from Start to Finish! Mercedes Benz of Temecula has been a wonderful dealership to work with when purchasing our last few vehicles! Their knowledge of the Mercedes brand is quite impressive and their state of the art facility is something to see of itself. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Temecula and recommend our salesperson Omar Sahar if your in the market for a new vehicle purchase. They provide a first class experience from the moment you make contact, and without pressure guide you to the right vehicle for yourself and your family. To go elsewhere is an option, however in our family’s opinion it would be a complete waste of time and you would deprive yourself from what a true luxury car dealership experience should be like. Exceptional Service I have been having problems with my motorhome for quite some time and because the trouble codes come and go I decided to take it in to get it check. S I have been having problems with my motorhome for quite some time and because the trouble codes come and go I decided to take it in to get it check. Sandra Rabie was my service advisor and she checked me in and got me a ride to where I needed to be. Once my vehicle was checked by the service tech she advised me of all the necessary services and repairs needed. Lucky for me after all work was done it came in a little less than the original estimate. The trouble codes came back after I dealt with my battery issue and Sandra asked me to bring it back so the tech could clear the codes. Service is always great at Mercedes of Temecula, we also purchased a GLA250 earlier this year and my wife enjoys the car wash service. Thank you Sandra for your help. More

Communication There was a "lack of communication" between me, the service writer and the mechanic. I am following up to get it straighten out. Also, for some reason There was a "lack of communication" between me, the service writer and the mechanic. I am following up to get it straighten out. Also, for some reason the mechanic turned off my running lights? On the work report I asked "To inspect behind engine air filter for rodent damage." The mechanic noted "Found no rodent damage at this time." Unless your mechanic is only 2 feet tall I don't see how he could miss "chewed up insulation." I am making an appointment to bring it back next week when I come back from San Diego. More
