GL 550 coolant leak Jose was very professional and informative thought out this service. I was extremely grateful that this repair Was covered by my extended warranty!!! I also greatly appreciated being informed that my tires were due to be replaced! I Immediately went to the tire store which I had purchased them from and received a rebate in new tires. Overbooked My car was in service for 4 hours but the service department was overbooked and they never looked at it. I had a loaner but couldn’t leave my car over My car was in service for 4 hours but the service department was overbooked and they never looked at it. So thankful to Jose and his mgr Phil I spoke to Garth the owner of the dealership when he took over for fletcher jones about how he will make sure all of his current and future clients wi I spoke to Garth the owner of the dealership when he took over for fletcher jones about how he will make sure all of his current and future clients will start to have a much better service experience going forward but I’m one to trust but always verify.and boy did I ever. I had yet another problem with my GL that was under a limited warranty that just expired but Jose and his Mgr Phil at the service dept. intervened on our behalf with Benz USA and saved us over 3k. I can’t say enough how much we are grateful to these 2 gentlemen because without them our kids Christmas would have been Ruined. Phil you’re a gem and Jose you’re professionalism is uncanny and Chris the GM you’re doing a great job running this operation. So Garth yes I believe you meant what you said to me & Kent you’re doing a good job helping him fix the many problems this dealership had under FJ. More
