Poor service Purchased a wheel and tire protection plan and a dent warranty and it hasn’t even been a year I’ve had the contract. 1st I was told that they couldn’t Purchased a wheel and tire protection plan and a dent warranty and it hasn’t even been a year I’ve had the contract. 1st I was told that they couldn’t fix the wheel and that they will get back to me and it has been 2 weeks now that I haven’t heard back on anything. Called to find out a lost the dent and was told that they canceled my warranty and they sent me a refund without me knowing. So, no wheel repaired or replaced, no follow up, no dent removal because they cancelled my contract without me knowing, wasted time, mileages and has bringing my car here. I hope this gets attention and something is done. I’ve bought 2 cars already from you guys and wasn’t satisfied with the 1st and now this is the second. More

Price I am Paying for another S 560,2019 brand new is exactly same as the one I leased from you What a rip. 2.It has 2 back doors' rattling noise and gave service department. They did not fix it. They said they can not find noises. It doe not happen all the time. That's why I gave the recording of the noise to Rami. I do not want go that far and leave my car a few days to fix. It has noises!!!!!!! 3.Lots of missed things were still not delivered yet. it has been more than 2 weeks. Basically everyone says "don't worry about it. We will take care of it" But no one works on it. I already sent 2 more recorded noises. The noise has to be fixed. It drives me crazy. More
