We recently took our car in for its A9 service, and mentioned that the "check engine" light had been on intermittently for quite a while for no apparent reason. Jose Hernandez, our service advisor, was determined to get to the bottom of the issue, and managed to persuade M-B to do a lengthy and costly diagnostic process of determining the cause at no cost to us. Jose was terrific throughout the time they had the car, keeping us informed of the progress made, parts ordered, etc. We were extremely grateful for his attention to our service. More

I understand it’s complimentary but a little attention to detail would be nice. Glass was wet/ water spotted including mirrors. Behind the door handles are covered in dirt still. More

The staff in sales and staff in service were beyond exceptional. They treated me with the upmost respect and I felt like family.
