Informative Patient Process It takes time to buy a new car. The decision process, the purchase process and the delivery process were all patiently guided by experts in each area. We had planned to be at the dealership much longer than it actually took to get to the point of driving away in a new car. Our sales representatives Joe and Michael helped our decision by giving us 3 comparisons of cars that fit our desired specifications once we narrowed the field from the 7 cars we were looking at. Gary evaluated our trade in quickly and gave us a straight forward quote that was in the ballpark of what we were expecting. Having met Joe and Chris on a previous trip to look at SUV’s we were delighted to meet Michael as a part of the team. He gave us plenty of space to make a thoughtful decision, while offering information when requested without making us feel pressured in any way. Once our deal was made, Chris and Joe checked in on us to see that we had been well taken care of. We felt happy about doing business with a dealership that has a family atmosphere. From Michael and Joe’s office we completed our transaction with Wayne who explained ancillary features available. He’s a “character”, in a good way. During our visit with Wayne, Joe brought our shiny, new car to the bay and handed us the keys. On a personal note I was not looking forward to the process of buying a new car. I usually feel a bit overwhelmed with information and go into the process with my shield up against unwanted pressure to make a decision that very day. I in no way felt pressured, nor did I feel that I was being thrown information that wasn’t applicable to my driving and usage needs. It was a positive experience all the way around. More
I expected more from Mercedes. This is my first Mercedes. I bought my 2016 E400 Cabriolet used, but within warranty. I've been to Temecula Mercedes twice for service now. On both o This is my first Mercedes. I bought my 2016 E400 Cabriolet used, but within warranty. I've been to Temecula Mercedes twice for service now. On both occasions, the computers weren't working and I had to provide information numerous times, taking an hour just to get checked in. The first time, I never saw my assigned service adviser and the attendant at the front counter tried her best to help me. The second visit was because the first visit didn't fully resolve my parking brake problem, where the emergency brake pedal wouldn't fully release. Mercedes replaced it twice. Both visits took multiple days, seemingly due to being consistently overbooked. The loaner car program was easy enough and my second adviser, Liz, was attentive but couldn't direct me to any extended service program or connect me with anyone to answer my questions. My overall service experience was inferior to the local Chevy dealer who I've bought 3 previous cars from. I thought Mercedes would be much better, an upgrade in quality and service. I love my car. I don't love my local Mercedes service department. More

Elizabeth Celiceo once again helped me greatly (2nd time she has done so in less than a month). She went out if her way for me with my unique situation and did so with a lot of kindness, attention and comp she has done so in less than a month). Service consultant wasn’t on top of her duties. She told me that she will give me an update at 4 pm since I dropped off my car at 11 am. I went to the shopping mall to kill time and wait for the service to me that she will give me an update at 4 pm since I dropped off my car at 11 am. I tried calling before six pm and I was told she was gone for the day. I ended up getting Uber for my ride home. More
