Mercedes-Benz of Temecula Service Dept was great. I had to wait in my car 15 min to turn it in because they were a little backed up, but everyone there was respectful. Jose is very knowledgeable and was able to effectively answer all my questions about the recommended repairs. When I came to pick up my car, Manny (as well as Patrick) also helped educate me on reasons I received messages on my car, and made sure I was satisfied with the condition of repairs. Everyone involved with my repairs and interaction made sure I understood the condition of my vehicle, the repairs made and that I had a pleasant experience at Mercedes-Benz of Temecula. More
