Any of you out there who hears "car salesman" as a disparagement, should meet Nolan Lopshire. He will quickly disabuse you of that concept. Now, contrary to how this will read, I am not Nolan's mother, though, I imagine she might deserve some of the credit. He took the time, the care, and above all, was honest and responsive while showing us this perfect little convertible. If have the inclination to buy a car in Temecula, swing by MBoT and ask for Nolan and see for yourself. The guy is a great salesman while being a quality individual, who at the very least deserves a round of golf applause. Thanks again, Nolan. More

I will never buy another car from Temecula Mercedes Benz again and would NOT recommend buying a car and expecting any kind of after purchase or customer service from this dealer. Once you bought a car from again and would NOT recommend buying a car and expecting any kind of after purchase or customer service from this dealer. Once you bought a car from them you can forget it. They are only interested in selling you a car and taking your money. Finance or for that matter no one will return your calls. Receptionists are not answering the calls. I have called the Sales Manager Huck Mashfe, Sr. Sales Manager Elan Yakoveethe all directly and no answer or called me back. But, I bet you 1M dollars if I was buying an AMG GTR Black Series for 500-600k, I can guarrantee they call me back in seconds. Even like pretending to want to buy additional add on warranty, they call back in minutes. Oh but that makes them money. Well you get the drift.... No one answers their phone or calls you back. I finally got an answer from a sales man Alex Afthal instead of Huck and he said to call Javier Suguimizu, Wayne's boss a little later as he is busy. So, I waited and called him 45 min later, but he never answered his phone. Wouldn't be surprised if Alex told him not to answer since I will be asking for my 2000-2200 dollars they owe me. I feel like the Finance guy is in on a mission to scam me out of my 2K+. Because he takes a hit on his bonus if he has to pay me my money. Watch out you might be next. I feel dirty for dealing with these bunch. Feels like your typical used car scummy type dealer treatment. It has been 5 months and I still haven't received my refunds. I even asked my friend Andrew W. from another Mercedes store to help and call Elan. Elan told him have Terry come in I will take care of him. I live 300 miles away. Sorry your guy Wayne lied to me and didn't take care of me when I went to see him face to face once. Why should I spend 200 dollars of gas to come see you when your Finance guy didn't take care of me to begin with. Basically, I Bought a 200k 2018 AMG GTR from this dealer back in January 2019 and sold it in February 2022. I had purchased all the extra add on tire/wheel, service etc... warranty. All am asking to send me what's mine. The unused balance remaining on the warranties I canceled back in January 2021. I tried to get their finance guy, Wayne Molter to cancel the extra added on warranties and refund the remaining unused value over the phone. But he insisted on me coming in to sign the form. Since my purchase as I mentioned before I have moved to Las Vegas, so I had to make a special trip to see him and sign the form. In today's digital world he could have sent me a Docusign and took care of it. He would have done so to gain my business if I was buying 10000% guaranteed. What it was is he didn't want to give me my money back. Its a tactic they use. It's pure greed and scamming. If you make it difficult maybe I will go away and forget about it. He kept saying this could take up to 2 months to receive the refund at least 4 times. He had a xxxx poor attitude and really didn't want to do the cancellation or help me. He made me feel like I was wasting his time. I am looking into buying the latest G-wagon or Maybach luxury version, but damned if I give them my business ever again. And I would again highly recommend else where for all your Mercedes needs and purchases. I have bought many of cars in my lifetime and this has to be one of the poorest service I have ever received. More
