Terrible Service Contacted the service department because: 1.) a part had fallen off my 2020 GLC43. 2.) the vehicle still had in-transit protective covering and deca Contacted the service department because: 1.) a part had fallen off my 2020 GLC43. 2.) the vehicle still had in-transit protective covering and decals on the window from the factory. 3.) I was promised but never received AMG key fob covers. The dealership called and made an appointment because all parts were in stock. I arrived early for the appointment and checked in. The valet told us to have some coffee and the service advisor would be with us momentarily. After 30 minutes, we went to service to see what the delay was. We finally met the service adviser and he said, "I couldn't find you." Which is odd, because they have my phone number and I was sitting in the customer lounge. Anyway, after a few minutes, the service adviser said they had the wrong part, but the correct part would be in tomorrow. He handed me the AMG fobs and we left. As I drove off, I rolled up the windows and noticed the factory stickers were still on. More
