Terrible Sales Experience - Walked Out! It was a terrible experience and a waste of time. We kept being told to come back to the dealership for a better deal once we price shopped them ag It was a terrible experience and a waste of time. We kept being told to come back to the dealership for a better deal once we price shopped them against another dealership. We saved about $4k just by comparing their prices but when we came back we were told they could not do the deal, they did not even try to get it approved. Etc....classic bait and switch. So we took our trade in to carmax and got off that portion of the deal. They had the car we were looking for and contacted our sales person again. We went into the dealership just to hear the manager yelling at our sales person about how bad of a buyer we are, a total waste of time, that he needs to take us out on the show floor and ask us exactly what we want and tell us what he wants to sell us and on and on... Terrible experience More
