Took my car in because it was not starting all the time, they charged a 525.00 fee to diagnose and if I would go with them the 525 would go towards the bill. My local mechanic in La Quinta would have charged me 600.00 (please note my daughter lives in Temecula and took the vehicle there without calling me first) Of course I was upset at the cost but I had no choice but to try to negotiate with them, my mechanic 600.00 and their fee regardless was 525.00, I offered them 1200.00 vs getting it towed...the immediately reduced it to 1200.00. Fast forward 5 days later car is done, I got a text on Tuesday stating your car is ready for pick up, I would be coming from La Quinta and didn't have a ride and I advised them I would pick it up no later than Saturday. Friday I sent Ruben a text at 9 AM letting him know I have a ride and I would get there Saturday around 2 to 3 pm, at 1:30 pm I received a text from Jose responding on Ruben's behalf that car is not ready and will be ready by Monday??? I was already on the road and only 30 minutes way from a 2 hour drive. I called and call went to VM, I called dealership and they said they will get back to me, 10 minutes later I get a call from Jose stating the reason the car is not ready because it was involved in an accident at the dearlership???? This was so dishonest to lead me to believe that car was not ready not because of an accident. They lied!!! I got to the dealership, paid my 1200.00 they should have not charged me anything honestly. AT that point I really didn't trust them, I took it to my mechanic and La Quinta and got their insurance involved. I dropped off the car to the auto shop, please note I had my car parked in my garage until I can take it to the auto shop, when I moved the car I saw mice/rat droppings under the vehicle?? my garage is empty and I have never seen any droppings. I received a call from my auto shop after I dropped off and they said that it appears that there are rodents in the car????? OMG I can't even believe this!!! I am not sure how the rodents got in? They advised me after I pick up the car to hire a pest control company to take care of this matter. BTW I did speak with the GM, he apologized and he said he wrote up Ruben and Reza the service manager, but offered nothing. I have to contact the insurance company on Monday to advise them of the rodent issue, hopefully they will cover the pest control company. Lastly I had given Ruben 1 one star and he texted me twice almost harassing me and requesting for me to change his rating as when he was informed that the car was in a car accident he was too busy at Disneyland with his young son. I do feel bad for Ruben but he should of notified me ASAP car was involved in an accident. More
I had an awful experience with the Mercedes dealership in Temecula. The price I was promised was suddenly “not possible,” and Miguel’s excuses were endless. He kept making promises that turned out to be pure lies. The entire experience was a complete waste of my time, energy, and trust. This dealership is nothing but deceitful. If you value your time and honesty in a transaction, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. They will string you along with empty promises and leave you frustrated. Bruce is lazy, abusive and takes zero accountability for anything about his job. I have never cried so hard after giving a place my money. He cussed at me and called me an idiot. Very poor dealership after you buy the car they don’t care what happens to the car. I just purchased a new Sprinter Van through Lauren at Mercedes-Benz Temecula and can’t say enough about Lauren! She was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and great communication! She walked me Mercedes-Benz Temecula and can’t say enough about Lauren! She was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and great communication! She walked me through the process to do a custom order where we ran into some snags, nothing to do with her. We work together to find a solution that ended up working out even better! I highly recommend friends, family and anyone looking to purchase a Sprinter Van to go see Lauren! Thank you Lauren!! More
Temecula MB has lost my trust. I purchased an extended warranty from them and when I sold the car, I requested a refund on the balance of the warranty. This is a normal process a I purchased an extended warranty from them and when I sold the car, I requested a refund on the balance of the warranty. This is a normal process and should take place seamlessly. However, Temecula MB has done everything they can to drag out the process from delaying refund for 16 weeks and then refunding less than they owe me. When I asked them to make me whole, they agree that they owe me more but move to delay payment. It’s now 18weeks since cancellation of warranty and I’m still waiting to be made whole. This is no way to run a business. What do you think? More

It’s wet when you get it back so bring your own towel. I asked about vacuuming the back and they said yes but didn’t do it. We bought 2 cars at the same time. Never again. We will go out of town to another city to buy our next Mercedes. More

Then, as of this morning, I left another message with the service manager, and as of 130 today still no return phone call. You would think trying to get help with your Mercedes that they would feel obligated to at least return a phone call to us concerning our vehicle. Then leaving a message with the service manager and no response leads me to believe what I have heard about Temecula Mercedes, that their service Area has poor quality and poor management! I heard this from a few people regarding this dealership. I called another Mercedes dealer. Their diagnostic fee is not only half the cost, but was very helpful. So to drive an hour away from where we live in Temecula is well worth it. More
