I was impressed with his skills, knowledge and expertise from the time I met him in May till I drove away in my new 2017 GLC300 4MATIC SUV on August 14th. Bruno was informative, patient and reliable in every way. After sales not as good as pre sales I brought my car in for scheduled service (I have the maintenance included in my payment). Was advised that my lease only includes 3 services and this I brought my car in for scheduled service (I have the maintenance included in my payment). Was advised that my lease only includes 3 services and this would be my 4th! This was not explained to me during the paperwork process and I was made to feel like an idiot. David kept telling me that I had uses my services too early but I was not aware of this. Jaleel has always been my service advisor and this was never explained to me.Ultimately we worked it out but it was not a pleasant experience. My lease is up soon and this is our 3rd MB. Not sure if I will lease another MB. I love my car but the after market service is not a pleasant experience. More
