I have no complaints. He took care of my issue as well as a factory issue that I was unaware of and had my car washed for me before returning it. More

DeAndre and his Mgr Ron Surette worked out a fair deal with us and were very professional throughout the process. Almost as impressive was the care that MB Of Tampa took to detail and clean up this car that had 75k + miles on it. By the time they were done, this car would have fit right in with those on the showroom floor! Thanks Again Guys! More

I literally spent 15 minutes from the time i drove the car in to the moment i was in my loaner and heading back to my office. It would have been 10 minutes but I had to get a complimentary latte made to my specifications by the amazing barista in the waiting area. More
Poor communication I am new to the area. It was my first service visit on my 2006 C class. The dealerships appearance is great. The communication and customer service ho I am new to the area. It was my first service visit on my 2006 C class. The dealerships appearance is great. The communication and customer service however was very poor in my opinion. I was spoiled by my last dealer in Richmond, VA McGeorge Mercedes. I waited 4 1/2 hours for a service they said would be an hour. I waited for a call that never came. After placing 2 phone calls and leaving messages, I received an email 4 1/2 hours later. My vehicle needed other service done had they told me Earl I would have not waited a whole day waiting. They did put me in a loaner at almost 5PM after getting there at 10:15 AM. I was told I would get a call that evening. No call, no calls the next morning. I called twice before leaving home as I live 45 minutes away. Left 2 more messages. I received an email a little after I left home. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle Mike was unavailable, someone else asked what I needed. I told him I was picking up my vehicle. He looked up my paper work, took my money, sent someone to pull my car up. Never went over what was done. This dealership really needs to improve their customer service. More
