Exceptional Service As always, all it takes to schedule an appointment is a phone call . On arrival, met by a valet who walks me to the service advisor dealing with my car. He was still dealing with another patron, but others offered to get the information from the car to assist Mike when he was through. Mik;e Nankovitch is my advisor, took down the details of my concerns, checked if there were any recalls current and pending,,advised the diagnostics would be about one hour. Within that time frame he was back to discuss what needed to be done, cost and length of time to completion. I was kept informed and not left guessing and the work was done in a timely manner.
