On 09/16/21 I received a very bad service, especially from my representative Kathrin Rodgers, she did not contact me for three days, I was calling and texting her and she only answer me once. I had to call sales department to find her so she could talk to me. She promised me think she cannot deliver. Sad. All I wanted is to know the condition and the timing I could pick up my car. I am so glad I end up having "Jaden Batten" as my service advisor. She is really awesome and super nice. She will be definitely my service advisor from now on. I had a bad experience before having Jaden and I wasn't planning to go to Mercedes of Tampa bay again (I go there since 2017) but Jaden did a good job to change my mind. My primary service advisor ( his name was Rick) left, he was really good so I went to the dealership and I chose randomly another one. I end up with another guy and he wasn't nice to me at all. He told me 1st that my car needs service B and when I told him I need only oil and filter change and air filter, not the whole service B, he gave me a high estimate price for that. When I asked him why its higher than last time, he told me that they increased their prices...since I felt he doesn't want to be nice to me, I told him that I changed my mind and I will go somewhere else. I took my suv and went to another place that was awful (Rennen Imports in case you are thinking to go to that place, very dishonest people out there) , they claimed that they changed the oil but after I left, I can see my oil still black. so I went back to Mercedes of tampa bay to give it one last try and Jaden definitely made me a happy customer again. The estimate was aligned with what I expected, she found a ride for me to go back home during the service, called me on time by the end of the day to come pick up my suv AND she gave a very nice little gift to my daughter that I had with me. I went to different dealerships for different cars I owned and I never ever found a service advisor as good and professional as Jaden. I really hope she won't leave as I don't want to try my change with another advisor . I am planning to move out of tampa but I will drive back for service as long as she will be my service advisor. I really can not thank her enough! More
Worst dealership ever! I decided to give this dealership one last try because I only needed some air in my front tires & they disappointed me for the last time! I pulled in the service & asked if they could one last try because I only needed some air in my front tires & they disappointed me for the last time! I pulled in the service & asked if they could just put some air in my front tires & the guy told me they were to busy & I could go to the gas station to get some air or I would have to wait there over 2hrs. Really? By the time he told me this they could have put air in my tires. So I went to Firestone who were extremely nice, the guy came right out put air in my tires & checked all of them, reset my dash & I was on my way. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! Horrible experience every time. If this dealership won awards they must of paid someone off!!! More
Horrendous. Dealt with Michael in sales to purchase a car. Called in the afternoon and negotiated price since I was purchasing from a different state. He said he would call me back after checking with hi car. Called in the afternoon and negotiated price since I was purchasing from a different state. I call him and he says the manager accepted the price but he was working with another client and would call me back in an hour. I wait another hour, call back and spoke with another sales rep who informs me the car is sold. Confused, I ask to speak with Michael, and the sales rep says he's the only one in and doesn't see him anywhere. Same old used car lot. Don't let the name fool you. More
If you come here or call in, ask for Andrew (Andy) in the service department . It’s the only way to get something done super quick and very professional!
