I got better service at Ford for a Ford Fiesta than I received from Mercedes. Louis in parts was the only redeeming factor at the entire dealership. Even though I had an appointment on Monday, they did not start working on my car until Wed. I was promised a loaner so I did not have anyone follow me. When I arrived I was, unapologitically told they had no loaners so I was stranded and then without a car for 4 days for a job that should take a few hours. When I picked it up, a part had broken off in the car wash so I had to bring it back again. (at least they did not charge me) Luis in parts was the only redeeming factor in the whole experience. He followed up and got information from people who did not call me back, put a hold on the part so nobody would take it before it was installed and followed up. I felt Bob, my "service advisor" spoke to me as if he was reading from a script. I spoke with 3 different (higher ups) who all "took notes" but there was not apparent follow up. The job cost more at the dealership but I thought "you get what you pay for". I did not. More
We took our GLB 35 in for the first service appointment. Schedulinf an appointment was easy and our service advisor, Jaden Batten was professional, courteous and friendly. Bob Net, Service Department, has always provided 5 start service. I was there recently and, as always, he is thorough and helpful. We purchased a car from MO the sales person was very helpful .yousseff the finance manager was Great. Explained all our options and made an easy process that way I ordered another vehicle from them. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SALESMAN!!! I worked with CHRISTIAN GARVEY on my Certified Pre-Owned vehicle in November 2021. I had found my car on the dealership's website and coincidently ended up working with him GARVEY on my Certified Pre-Owned vehicle in November 2021. I had found my car on the dealership's website and coincidently ended up working with him as he reached out to me via text message. He is too new and too much of a salesman character to work out a luxury dealership. First, he had me wait 40 minutes as he was still attending other people. He scheduled the time to meet at his availability, and he wasn't even available.... Second, he lied about all the exterior cosmetic issues, he said there was no scratches or glass damage, and that was a LIE. He had a worried look to him the entire time like he doesn't know what he should be doing. Luckily I've been researching my purchase for 6 months and new the price, and everything about the vehicle. HE DID NOT show me any features inside nor outside of the car. HE IS THE WORST! Do not choose CHRISTIAN GARVEY, leave to a different Mercedes if you have no other choice!!! Horrible experience at this fine dealership. More
