I would never purchase a vehicle from this place again they are very in responsible when submitting paperwork to banks and they also run your credit to banks with out your authorization they never return they are very in responsible when submitting paperwork to banks and they also run your credit to banks with out your authorization they never return your calls. Be veryyyyyyyy careful of any promises they (management) make to you in regard to fees being waived...even if they put it in writing that you will not be charged something...watch very carefully and review make to you in regard to fees being waived...even if they put it in writing that you will not be charged something...watch very carefully and review everything and save all communication about financing and deals. I have been going back and forth with management at Mercedes of Tampa for FOUR months about $799 they charged me even though a manager stated I would not be charged the fee for my car lease buyout AND the fee sheet from them shows the $799 would be taken off and credited once I went financing...they still charged me the fee. I have emailed multiple managers Nicholas Masky and Jacob Romp) countless times and talked to one of many managers on the phone and they have gone silent and stopped replying to my emails. The sad part is I have referred a lot of friends and family to this dealership and they have 100% burned that bridge...plenty of other dealerships out there. More
Be advised that Jason Pierce is my advisor this is my second AMG. From a CLS 63 to GLE 63s and Jason has taking great care of our needs. Highly disappointed in the Service at Mercedes Benz I have 2 vehicles in my name at this location and my 2021 Amg would not start on Wednesday May 25 after 9 hours my car was towed I called and requested have 2 vehicles in my name at this location and my 2021 Amg would not start on Wednesday May 25 after 9 hours my car was towed I called and requested a loaner and was told none were available I HAVE BEEN 6 DAYS WITH NO CAR! But yet I pay $1432 a month for a brand new car! This is unacceptable service! Also I have yet to get any status update on my car after them having it for 6 days I would appreciate at least a phone call! More

Went in on Sunday 4/24/22 and spoke to Sales Manager Alex told him we like E450 and would buy it cash now $80k...since they were already closed he took us for a test drive and told us he would have his right told him we like E450 and would buy it cash now $80k...since they were already closed he took us for a test drive and told us he would have his right hand man Adam call me first thing Monday morning...Well No call until 5:26p.m. Monday evening and left a message that I would not get until Tuesday evening at 5:33p.m....I called and told him we would buy the vehicle first thing in morning when they open...asked to put a sign on car under contract he said he would...Adam didn't even call I got a lousy text at 6:51p.m. Tuesday evening that car was sold already no one put sticker on vehicle...1. when I talked to Alex (sales mgr) on Sunday I expressed that I only wanted to deal with him...he chose to pass us on to Adam who dropped the ball...and no car... As far as I know not too many can walk into a dealership with 80k or more in cash... I would never go to this dealership again...Neither will my friends or should you. Pretty xxxxty if you ask me. I got better service at Ford for a Ford Fiesta than I received from Mercedes. Louis in parts was the only redeeming factor at the entire dealership. Even though I had an appointment on Monday, they did not start working on my car until Wed. I was promised a loaner so I did not have anyone follow me. When I arrived I was, unapologitically told they had no loaners so I was stranded and then without a car for 4 days for a job that should take a few hours. When I picked it up, a part had broken off in the car wash so I had to bring it back again. (at least they did not charge me) Luis in parts was the only redeeming factor in the whole experience. He followed up and got information from people who did not call me back, put a hold on the part so nobody would take it before it was installed and followed up. I felt Bob, my "service advisor" spoke to me as if he was reading from a script. I spoke with 3 different (higher ups) who all "took notes" but there was not apparent follow up. The job cost more at the dealership but I thought "you get what you pay for". I did not. More
