DAIMLER-BENZ RATED SALES TEAM (THE STANDARD!) David Tiffenberg, Bruno Santelli, Grace Imeh, Adil Zidouhia, and Tim (new personnel in finance) are the epitome of customer service. Together this te David Tiffenberg, Bruno Santelli, Grace Imeh, Adil Zidouhia, and Tim (new personnel in finance) are the epitome of customer service. Together this team made our buying experience less stressful, especially with such a large dollar item. I met Bruno over a year ago when I originally started my search and I told him that I was going to look around. After traveling all over central and souther Florida to the various Mercedes Benz dealerships, I made my way back to Mercedes of Tampa, particularly Bruno Santelli to make my purchase. As Bruno was working with another customer, he introduced me to David Tiffenberg who treated me as if I were a member of the family. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic. He allowed me and my wife to look at the models that we wanted and patiently waited and answered our questions. We already knew the vehicle we wanted, but we had to be sure. David, like Bruno, patiently waited and answered all of our questions. In the meanwhile, Bruno continued to check on us to ensure we were being well serviced and all of our questions were being answered. When we finally made our decision, David and Bruno escorted us to Adil and Tim (Tim was in training as it was only his second day). As Adil confirmed our qualification for loans, he compared rated to ensure we got the best rate in which we qualified for explaining, in detail, what would be good for us and why. At the same time, Adil ensured that Tim understood what was going on and why he was doing what he was doing. Finally when we were done with the purchase paperwork in the finance department, Bruno and David came back and introduced us to Grace. Grace, is very knowledgeable on the vehicle in which we purchased and she explained the features of our new purchase. In all, this sales team has done an amazing job in, not only selling me a quality Mercedes Benz (the car of my dreams) but they also treated me and my with like family; a feeling you don't normally get when you go purchase any high dollar item. Because of each of these individuals, I will alway recommend to my friends and associates who is looking to purchase a Mercedes Benz this team of sales experts at Mercedes Benz of Tampa. More

For our second car we must have gone to the dealership about 10 times to look at various cars and crunch the numbers. My wife kept changing her mind about the vehicle she wanted, but the staff was very helpful, polite and attentive in working with us every time--either personally, on the phone or via email. No attitude, no disrespect, just pure professionalism & genuine care in getting her into the right car. The GM, Tom Fallon, & the Sales Manager, James Berger, worked numbers for us in every which way I asked. I am all about the numbers, and they provided me with every bit of detail requested without hesitation. They really worked with us to find the right vehicle and got us the best price around (trust me, we did our homework). And our Salesperson, Bruno Santelli, was one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. He always did what was expected and way more. He stayed late with us when looking at cars and when we took delivery. I would suggest you ask for Bruno by name, he will really roll out the red carpet. Finally, in the finance/leasing department, Kevin Cao, was really professional, energetic & helpful. He helped us sort identify an issue with our credit reports we were unaware of so we could resolve it. He was able to answer all our questions about our lease and explained all our options an various payment scenarios. And he also knows all the great restaurants in the area. In a nutshell, if you're on the market for a Mercedes-Benz, you will really enjoy your experience and deal at MB of Tampa. I'm already planning for my 3rd vehicle. More
