After having My Mercedes C350 apprised later on that day the price on the Tacoma was changed to 28,700. I sat in the Finance Managers office to see if I could get the payment I was looking for, that’s when I was told they were selling me the truck for 28,300. I was so shocked I said “hold on I was under the impression that you were selling me the truck for 25k” they told me that it was missed priced and at 28,300 it was a one-dollar deal. I was baffled when they told me this I said there is no way you give me a $500 discount and only make one-dollar, there is no way you could stay in business, “ they looked at me and said I know its hard to believe but its true” and making me feel like I was crazy for thinking this way. I left because I was so upset. That night I received a message from the salesmen stating he approached the GM and he honored the price that was originally put on the truck that morning and would I still be interested in the deal. I said let’s see what the payment would be and go from there. The next morning the salesmen called me and said that the payment would be 509 for 72 months with 0 down at 5.49 APR. I did some research on the deal as far as gas mileage and so forth, the price on the truck online was still 25,201 so I printed it to take with me. After all this I still wanted the truck, so I said ok have the paper work ready I should be at the dealership at 3pm. When I arrived the salesmen was busy with a customer so I waited with my wife and newborn son. I was not seen for an hour after arriving, when I sate with the Finance Director. He told me ok your payment is going to be 535 a month, I said hold on I was told the payment would be 510. He told me, “oh I could tell you what happen, your trade-in is a lease and you do not get a tax break for a lease.” I told him I am aware of that and I am not a finance manager how does that get missed, this is the second time someone misses up and I the customer has to fix it.” He sat there and said ok what do you want to do, and just waited for me to say something. I looked at him and said I don’t know what you want me to do, why should I have to compensate for being miss lead. He stepped out of the office to talk to someone and came back and said, “ya Im sorry we cant do anything.” I was so upset I left. I do not understand what kind of policies and procedures this dealership works by but I do not think customer service is a top priority. I was mis-lead twice and I am sure that the people responsible for the false advertising have not been reprimanded. I would just hate to think that others have had similar experiences. You would think a reputable dealership like Mercedes would be more organized and take responsibility for their actions. More
I visited this dealership few times looking to buy a new vehicle. The first time the sales rep was not friendly at all and insulted me by saying "i like fluff" to at that time my Nissan Maxima. This was very insulting as he basically said that i made a bad decision on buying a Maxima, but he did not give me ONE good reason why i should spend the money at HIS dealership to buy a Benz. He also lied to me about the Sirius subscription and said it was free on the car, but did not mention it was only for 6 months. The sales manager didn't really care for my business and was no where to be found. The staff were not friendly and everyone just stayed in their little cubicle. With this said, I still got my E350 but from Crown Eurocars in St. Pete where the service was outstanding, the sales people were very nice and so as the sales manager. And not to mention that i got my car for the price i want, and the same for my trade-in. Have fun MB of Tampa and continue to treat your prospective customers like xxxx! More

I searched for particular car all over the country with the intention of finding one and flying to pick it up. I found it at Mercedes Benz of Tampa. They met my price, and offered all of their services inc the intention of finding one and flying to pick it up. I found it at Mercedes Benz of Tampa. They met my price, and offered all of their services including getting picked up at the airport. I brought my own financing, which they were able to match and beat, saving even more money. I hope when I'm ready to buy again they have the car I want...I will be back in a heartbeat. If you need anything ask for Joey Colarulo…he will take care of you. More
I bought a 2008 S550 AUG of 2008. Since then the car has been in shop multiple times to the point the transmiter had to be opened anf pump had to be changed. I riceived a very poor service. Of all the dealerships I spoke with, at the end of the day Mercedes-Benz of Tampa was the clear cut winner in terms of customer service, responsiveness, and price.
