Bruno responded to my internet inquiry within minutes and set an appointment that day. Upon arriving, he greeted me warmly and made sure I was comfortable, offering something to drink. Bruno took the time to listen and because of his listening skills he located the car that fit my needs within minutes. I fell in love with the very first car he showed me so I just knew I wouldn't be able to afford it (wrong again). I was thrilled! Bruno exceeded my expectations with my entire car buying experience. I feel so confident in Bruno's professionalism that I could refer any of my friends and family to him without hesitation. More

The advent of online buying has almost eliminated the words. I had been searching for a vehicle to replace my Toyota 4runner for about 2 months. Looked at everything. Was driving over to Tampa and had visited a few M/B dealers and wasn't sure about stopping again. WAS I surprised. First, the inventory was fantastic, new or used. As I walked in the door I was met by Jonathan Welty. I'm 75 and he looked 30, though here's a problem. Was I mistaken? I spent 2 hours with Jonathan, and then Bret, and Angelo. The next day I brought the boss and was given color and interior approval. Picked up our 2017 GLE350 on Wed. Never a Hassell, never a feeling of being taken advantage of and walked away with the knowledge that Customer satisfaction is NOT dead. Especially at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa. Thank's to all of you, especially Jonathan for a pleasant and satisfying experience. More

I test drove it while Jonathan pointed out the features of the car, and their dealership. I traded in my old car, and the negotiating process was very short, and professional with a fair and resonable outcome. While the paperwork was being drawn up, they put me with a technology expert (Rafael) inside the car to explain all the cars electronics. Rafael was excellent. I had a follow up question the next day, and got the answer w/in 1 hour from the lady who was filling in for Rafe on his day off. The seamless transition tells me this place has it all together. Jonathan called shortly thereafter to follow up on my purchase, and make sure all was okay. If I owned a new car dealership, this is how I would want it to be run. More

After my 2 month search and driving many cars, I decided on a pre-owned BMW. I had been looking for a very specific BMW for a couple of months. I had both local BMW dealerships looking, but neither had found the right car. Bruno is the one that actually found the perfect car for me when a BMW 640i came in on trade. I can honestly say that I was treated better at MB buying a pre-owned BMW than at a BMW dealership looking at new BMWs. He is the sales person you always want to go back to - polite, straight-shooter, no hassle, and knowledgeable. More

I left one dealership feeling this way, and decided not to buy from anyone who didn't care enough to earn my business. I was so pleased to visit Mercedes Benz of Tampa Bay and receive wonderful and caring service from Arielle and Bruno. From beginning to end, both Arielle and Bruno took great care to patiently work with me through the process and ensure the deal I received was fair and that I was satisfied. Sales manager Brett was also fantastic at resolving any potential concerns above and beyond my expectations. If you're planning to buy a new luxury vehicle, do yourself a favor and visit Arielle and Bruno! I was preapproved for financing from my bank, but let Arielle persuade me to apply through MB. I'm glad I took her advice, because I received an amazing rate that made the purchase even more affordable than I expected. In the finance office, Jerry carefully explained all the available bonus options, and I never felt like I was being pressured or rushed to make a decision. I then met with Rain, who showed me how to use all of the great features my new car has to offer. When I had an issue with my tag, Zack gave me his cell phone number so that he could check in with me once it was ready. At the end of the process, I drove off the lot in my new 2018 Mercedes Benz 100% satisfied. Every promise made has so far been kept - a rarity in the car dealer world. All in all, a world-class lesson in how to successfully execute great customer service. Looking forward to having the great folks at MBTB tint my windows soon, and the free car washes and complimentary barista bar are a nice bonus too! More
