Service w/ Joey Joey always goes above and beyond during my service appointments! This is my first Mercedes and I have to say due to the level of service Joey gives I will definitely be getting another one! Doesn’t even compare to the “service” that I used to get at Lexus. Terrible Service To whom it may concern. I have been a Mercedes Benz owner for the past decade. I purchased two cars from this location within the past three years and To whom it may concern. I have been a Mercedes Benz owner for the past decade. I purchased two cars from this location within the past three years and recommended others to this location. It has been a year and your team continues to give me the run around in reference to my referral check (for recommending a family member). Furthermore, I have wasted fuel, my precious time and energy by calling, sending emails, and coming into the dealership to have them inform me that “Leslie” is working on it. This is unprofessional and not what I expected from your brand. Why are you treating your valued customers like this? Why are you not fulfilling your own promises? I am extremely disappointed in your brand and will be informing your GM and your corporate office. FYI-I just purchased a vehicle from your competitor (Reeves) on March 24th because of your recent actions. In closing, when will you follow through with your promise, why do valued customers have to go through this process just to provided with respect? Is this the family approach that your sales reps stand behind? This is not Ford or KIA, it’s Mercedes, but chances are that those dealers would have probably made things right a long time ago. Extremely livid! More

Shedrick is the BEST!! My daughter and I visited MB of Tampa one weekend (03/04/2018) looking just looking around. Shedrick Payne greeted us and showed us a few cars. We sat down and chatted a little about what I was looking for. I was still a little undecided on what my plans were but during the visit he gave me something to think about. I went back home with it on my mind and the following weekend 03/10/2018), my daughter and I returned ready to purchase. Shedrick took us on a test drive in the car I wanted, CLA 250, and absolutely fell in love. We purchased the car and he walked us through the entire process. From a first time Mercedes Benz owner to someone who is interested in purchasing or leasing, please go to Mercedes Benz of Tampa and see Shedrick, Lam and Jaden. You will not be disappointed. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE.. GO TO ANOTHER DEALER After agreeing to purchase a $115,000.00 car you would expect not to be over billed for registration fees and also expect the vehicle to be detailed. Unfortunately this dealership tries to make money by screwing you any way they can. When I asked what was the $699 fee on the paperwork the manager told me that's just extra profit..... really... When I asked about the car being detailed before it gets delivered my salesman told me he has it in the back being done now...Great!!!! When the car arrived clearly it had not been polished or waxed.. maybe they washed it. When I called and spoke to the sales manager he said they detailed it about a 45 days before... so which is it? $115,000 car and you dont give it another polish and wax after it sat on your lot for 45 days... I ended up having it done locally a day after delivery and asked them to reimburse me for the $345 which they refused..2 weeks later they then tried to tell me that the car i traded in had a problem with the air condition and somehow that is now my fault. I asked for the new one i was purchasing to be fully inspected and they had it done... why they didn't ask me to do the same prior to the trade? This is why they are not paying me the reimbursement of the $345 detail. Really? So if there was no so called problem with my trade in would they have paid me? I dont think so. How about being charged double for motor vehicle registration fees and then having to fight to get my money back which to this day I have been told a check would be sent to me and its been almost a month now.. come on...And not to mention prior to paying them I told them exactly what the motor vehicle fees were and they still double charged me. Had i not said anything they were not going to be refunding me anything... I will believe it when i actually receive a check.... All in all this was a terrible car buying experience. I would tell you to stay as far away from this dealership as possible because they don't care about people or taking care of the customer... all they care about is how much they can get out of your wallet... from the salesman to the general manager this was the worst car buying experience I have ever had... More
