Repeat customer gets treated like crap! I bought a Mercedes from this dealership back in 2012 and loved the experience. The finance guys made my transaction incredibly easy considering the auto was bought in the name of my vehicle trust. The after the sale followup from their Client Relations Manager Bernie was impeccable. It really appeared as if they wanted my business and were customer service centric. Fast forward to December 2015 I had been into the dealership 3 times during December looking at various cars from the GL450 to S550 to even a Maserati. I had been seriously contemplating purchasing a convertible Jaguar F type and decided to give this dealership one more opportunity to make me a repeat customer. FYI - I have been a Mercedes owner for 2 decades already. When arriving Saturday morning, after emailing with one of the sales managers, I took the S-550 for a test drive. It was a nice car with some imperfections. The salesman Gary Green and my previous salesman George Martins did a great job. I am however, disgusted with the professionalism of Tom Fallon. He didnt give a crap whether I bought another car or not. The finance guy, Anil could have made a smooth transaction, but instead made things miserable. I asked them to process all of the title paperwork in the name of my trust with the plate and registration transferred from my previous benz (which I had bought at this dealership). After waiting almost 2 hours to get to see him and wasting my entire Saturday afternoon, by now, he refused to look up the information from my previous purchase or prepare any of the paperwork as instructed. I know they needed a copy of the trust documents, but they could have completed the sale and gotten those docs first thing Monday via fax. In addition they ran a credit check before telling me that Mercedes had no special finance offers on this new car. My previous one (being traded in) had 0.9% rate through MB Finance. I should have been told this before they wasted my time in filing out the application and having my credit report pinged (I am not the norm as I have a FICO score of 847 and this inquiry lowered than number unnecessarily). After too many hours at the dealership I left and said I would be back Monday with trust docs in hand. Tom Fallon did absolutely nothing to smooth over the deal or insure its success. Later that day I received a call from Ron Wordon asking why I hadnt taken the car with me. I explained the situation and he was shocked. Monday morning I got the trust docs from safety deposit box and emailed them to Ron, insisting all paperwork was ready for me when I showed up later that day around 3pm. I was insulted by Anil again as he made this transaction horrible - giving me a hard time about my signature and other things. It was the most horrific experience I have ever had buying a 60K car for cash. Now lets get to the car itself. It was not washed, nor was it cleaned very well inside. I am very disappointed in how the car was prepped and delivered to me. The floor mats were worn out from the previous owner and should have been replaced by the dealership. Tom's answer to this was, "Take it or don't. If you don't like the condition, don't buy the car". After this last experience I will go to another Mercedes dealership in the future. They lost a loyal to the brand customer. More

Didn't fix anything I brought car in for I brought in my car because driver-side window kept slipping, every time I got in the car the window had dropped just enough to produce wind noise. Just a few days later now and it is still happening. They said the reset the system but obviously they did not change out any mechanical parts, they went the cheap route I presume. I also notice my front fascia had started to sag a bit,so I told them I think something was coming loose. Their response when I got the car back was there were a few scratches under the front splitter and that caused it to sag. Again they went to cheap route and blamed the customer instead of wanting to fix anything. I can assure you many cars have scratches under their front bumper due to low splitters coming into contact with curbs and parking space cement stoppers and this does not lead to the whole front end of your car starting to sag. They have not shown it is a direct result of anything I did but wanted to wipe their hands of it and instead blame it on some scratches. My car is 2 years old and I have had to bring it in 8-10 times in that timespan, enough is enough! More
Great customer service but not fixed. I brought my brand new smart car in only three months after I bought it because the cover for the tow hitch kept coming off. Everyone was super nice and it looked like they had fixed it but when I got it home, which is less than a 15 min drive the cover was popped out again. I'm lucky it didn't fall off while I was driving home. More

From coming outside to greet us as we entered to the final financing steps the customer service focus was consistent. I was impressed with the amenities available in the service area and it was clear that they wanted our business, but the approach was not aggressive. The service concierge, Jaleel, was outstanding! Incredibly knowledgeable and patient in reviewing the features of the car. We were not even considering the ML 350 initially, but we love the car and the professionalism and high service level were key factors in our buying decision. One point of feedback, I think there is an opportunity to have the sales team know the features of the car as well as the service concierge. There were some safety features that we were interested in and Lamar was unsure if the car included. Turns out that they did, but Jaleel confirmed after I purchased. Perhaps there is a way to get a faster answer to the prospective buyer- radio into the service concierge? Again exceptional experience and we will definitely refer the dealership. Thank you! They had prepared the car to perfection and when I drove off the lot I felt as though this was a brand new vehicle, not a pre-owned one. The buying process was also most pleasant. My sales consultant was Amaury Alvarez. He proved highly knowledgeable and made me feel like I was the only customer in the world. More importantly, I felt no pressure at all. He listened carefully to my requests about the car I wanted and then quickly found the one that matched my needs perfectly. Throughout the buying process I I was treated like royalty by Amaury and everybody else I had contact with even though my purchase was closer to the lower end than the high end of the sales the dealership has. In summary, I am very, very pleased with the purchase and with the purchase process. More

It had been the best possible experience we had consummate with the brand like Mercedes Benz. Bruno was very professional, knowledgeable as well provided exceptional over all experience , patiently walking us through various models, test drives, various vehicle options as well as warranty and service options that made our choice so easy and obvious.
