Best car buying experience! My experience at MB of Tampa was phenomenal! My sales associate Jaden Batten was incredible, she knew every aspect of the car we were looking at. My husband typically knows more than the sales person about the auto we are looking at, but not in this case. Jaden impressed us both with her knowledge about her cars. Not only was Jaden and the entire staff warm and inviting, but each time I visited the showroom in my process, everyone took the time to say hello, but also if there was anything they could do to make my visit even better. When the day came for me to pick up my new baby, Jaden made sure everything ran smoothly, and the car was in perfect shape and gleaming waiting to go home! Not only was our experience with Jaden perfect, James Berger took the time to explain options that would be in the best interest for the way I drive. Angelo Panico in finance answered all my questions and was as patient as could be day of signing, and Rick Acosta who will be my service advisor always stopped to say hello and if I had any questions.
