Pre-Owned Purchase - Good Experience I would just like to say, my experience in the process and purchase was quite favorable. From the moment my wife and I arrived at the dealership, Gar I would just like to say, my experience in the process and purchase was quite favorable. From the moment my wife and I arrived at the dealership, Gary Green, was polite and not overbearing. He was polite and very professional. He showed us multiple styles and reviewed every feature a particular car had and offered. Once the decision was made, the paperwork process was very efficient, though a bit slow, took 2 hours to complete. This was due to high foot traffic, but once I was in the billing office, the process didn't take more than 30 minutes. My overall experience was very positive, and I would recommend Gary and Mercedes of Tampa to my friends. Thanks, Erik More

Schedule E maintance on my CLS 550 I contacted Mike to set up the service on my CLS 550. When I arrived he was ready for me. I found the car to have been cleaned and was in great condition following the service. I have requested Mike to handle car going forward. More

James Berger made arrangements to switch the buyer to another vehicle so I can have the car that I want. Luis Garcia helped facilitate the purchase & delivery flawlessly. The financing process was handled professionally and timely by Jerry Cardine. Grace did an excellent job going over all the buttons and settings in the car with us. She was very courteous and cheerful. The facility and the waiting room as well as the refreshment bar is top notch. I will definitely come back and will recommend MB of Tampa to all my friends. More
