There was a recall on the computer system to upgrade and the auxiliary battery had to be replaced and it was still under warranty, so I didn't have to pay anything. My car was washed and vacuumed. I waited in the lounge with a nice warm tea(free). I shopped for some merchandised that was on sale, which I needed and I could use. Above all, my advisor was just awesome. He explained everything very clearly so I didn't have any concerns whatsoever. Love going to the nice and very clean place including the restroom. Forgot to mention the polite gentleman who took my car before my advisor. More

After trying to deal with my local dealership in Sarasota I was pleasantly surprised working with Larry Pfingsten (sales) and Mercedes Benz of Tampa. After trying to deal with my local dealership in Sarasota with disappointing results, I decided to call up to Tampa to look for my new S550. There were no shenanigans; no back and forth til they wear you down tactics-just a great deal with the service to back it up. I drove my new car home the next day. Service is good but loaner car never large enough I love the dealer and the people we work with on a regular basis. The only complaint I have is that they sell vehicles that seat more than 5 but loane I love the dealer and the people we work with on a regular basis. The only complaint I have is that they sell vehicles that seat more than 5 but loaners are never large enough. I could have the GLE with 3rd row or the Sprinter which seats 12 and we always get a 5 seater. We have 7 people in our family, 5 kids and two adults so its very inconvenient to take the car in for service if they need to keep over night or multiple days as the loaner car cant bring us all home or to and from places etc. So bottom line, love the dealer and the cars/sales/service but Mercedes as a whole needs to offer those with larger than 5 seaters the option to have a larger vehicle while their car if in for extended service. More
