Dan recognizes that time is important to the Mercedes customer, and was diligent in getting me in and out quickly and effectively. 3. I needed a loaner car for this servicing, and Dan had it all arranged when I arrived with a minimum of time an effort needed to get me in the loaner and on my way. 4. Dan called as soon as my car was ready, and processed me the moment I arrived back at the dealership. 5.
