Rip off Bought a service contract $1800 and I didn’t want to use it because I decided to sell my car after a year they promised me a refund then changed their Bought a service contract $1800 and I didn’t want to use it because I decided to sell my car after a year they promised me a refund then changed their mind to no refund I tried using the service and i got treated like a4th class customer because I prepaid waited for my car 4hours so they can tell me that the car have to stay till next day. very poor service will not recommend this location. Simo never pressured me, and was honest throughout the entire process, which is a rarity in the car selling business. I also met with Ali, who assisted me when Simo was not available. Both were extremely courteous and friendly. I will certainly be back to do business when my current lease is up. But for now I’m going to enjoy my GLC 300. I’ve never left a dealership feeling like I got the better half of the deal, not because I’m a terrible negotiator, but because it’s a business and I know the dealers are not going to give their vehicles away.
