I’m thankful when I speak with her, and even more delighted to see her after the work on my car is done. I don’t necessarily want any more car trouble, but if I did, I wouldn’t worry, and actually be happy to spend a bit of time with her. She’s a gem. More

Not Impressed! I had my car there for a check engine light and my faulty command screen last month....I am not sure how much your technicians looked into my proble I had my car there for a check engine light and my faulty command screen last month....I am not sure how much your technicians looked into my problem but my check engine light came back on less than 50 miles after I picked up the car from your dealership...turned out I had an engine problem which you guys did not see....I had low pressure in cylinder one and I just had a cracked piston replaced at Crown Mercedes. You also replaced my faulty screen with a small one without asking for my opinion....Your techs just decided to replace it without even putting it down on the paperwork. I had to convince my service advisor Jaden to go inside and talk to the techs and ask them to put my large OEM screen back in my car. When I came back to pick up my car an hour later I had no power to the center console! I had to wait around for another half hour to get that fixed.... Not to mention I found a small crack on my windshield right after I picked up my car and I though it was bird poop at first because it looked white - the white was glass powder that I wiped off and it looked like someone had dropped a heavy object on top of my windshield....of course there was no way to prove that it happened there so I did not bother going back to question. My overall experience is NOT too great! My overall Mercedes Benz ownership has been a disappointment! Engine problems at 20K miles and faulty command display that Mercedes does not apparently know how to fix! All four stock Continental "performance" tires were complete bald at 12K miles, my back rims are both out of shape due to poor design.... I am giving two stars just because Jaden was very nice! More

Easy and Painless I went in with a vehicle that had negative equity unsure of what Mercedes would be able to do for me. My leasing consultant Antonio Ciraco was AMAZING I went in with a vehicle that had negative equity unsure of what Mercedes would be able to do for me. My leasing consultant Antonio Ciraco was AMAZING!!!! I told him upfront what my situation was and he provided me with a beautiful 2019 C-Class C 300 Sedan. We did not have to go back and forth about numbers because he gave me the best deal he possibly could, upfront. He was extremely personable and professional, and did not make me feel pressured to buy or lease from Mercedes-Benz. The whole process was painless and I was in an out within a few hours. He did everything in his power to make sure that when I left I was truly satisfied and happy. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Tampa to anyone looking to purchase or buy a vehicle and especially Antonio Ciraco (the best consultant ever). I will definitely be sending my family and friends looking for a new car to this dealership. Thank you Mercedez-Benz of Tampa! More

I was ripped off. In January of this year, 2019, I took my 2003 Mercedes 320 SLK which only had 64,000 miles on it to them because the service light indicating that som In January of this year, 2019, I took my 2003 Mercedes 320 SLK which only had 64,000 miles on it to them because the service light indicating that something is wrong with the car was on. I had just spent $800 on new brake pads and rotars, oil change, new parts/seals, etc. as well as $600 for new tires. They checked the car out, did a scan to determine why the light was on, etc. and fixed the car for $700 which I paid in full on 1/23/2019. I barely put any miles on this car and so 6 weeks later the car light goes on again. I bring the car to them again and this time they tell me all of this work needs to be done totaling $3000 which I pay in full on 3/29/2019. About 4 weeks ago the light went on again so I traded it in for another car at a different dealership which ONLY gave me $2500 for the car. I just spent about $5000 on this car since end of January so this is really a deficit of $7500. This dealership should've looked at the car in January and told me that it was not worth fixing at that time rather than have me fix it, bring it back, fix it again, etc. I will never purchase a car from them or service a car there. More
