Unbelievably Easy First Time Car Buyer. Couldn't believe how easy it was to buy my GLA. I live in Orlando, & Cary was so patient with me while I waited to sell my car ( First Time Car Buyer. Couldn't believe how easy it was to buy my GLA. I live in Orlando, & Cary was so patient with me while I waited to sell my car (which took WAY longer than I thought it would). The car I bought is the EXACT car I wanted & didn't have to compromise any options. We worked everything out over the phone & email. Since I hadn't purchased a car before, I had about a million questions & Cary always got back to me quickly. The day I showed up to buy the car, there were no surprises or extra fees or anything we hadn't previously spoken about. It was as easy as signing the papers & driving away. Jerry wasn't pushy with the warranties, & Chris, who showed me how to work the menu & all of the features was super helpful. Everyone in the dealership was very nice & made my first time car buying experience a breeze. More

Above and beyond The service department really went above and beyond for me when I took my car to get serviced. Although, my car didn't get fixed (I'll explain), I'm v The service department really went above and beyond for me when I took my car to get serviced. Although, my car didn't get fixed (I'll explain), I'm very happy at they way I was treated and what he was able to do for me. I took my car in to get the transmission looked at. They immediately gave me a loner vehicle to use while my was in the shop. I have a third party warranty that I wanted to use for the repairs. Well, come to find out, after about three days, the warranty told us that they would not cover the repairs I wanted. I also was having a problem with the automatic lift gate, which wasn't closing properly all the way and would pop back up. To make a long story short, the transmission in my car did not get any repairs but the lift gate was fixed. Rick, understanding my frustration with the warranty company (GWC - do not purchase their warranty, they are absolutely horrible.... but that's a different review), went ahead and comped all charges - diagnostic fees and the hour of labor to fix the lift gate. I did not pay a dime. I rate this dealership A+ and highly recommend anyone to go there! More

Fixing my headlights and fixing a recall Very sweet people! Super nice and understanding. They greated me with a smile And did what they could to answer any questions I had. I did not get a call that night or the next day regarding my car until I called to check and the receptionist was new and switch all over the place until someone gave Mr. Net a message to contact me. Mr. Net would be the reason zi will not switch to another dealer for services. More
Dave Z. to the rescue! I relocated from Tampa to St. Pete and although there are other dealerships in my area I prefer to have my vehicle services at MB of Tampa. Here's a perfect example of why; I happened to be driving by the dealership and given that a message had been popping up on the board for a required service, that I had been putting off for over a month, I pulled in and asked Dave Zupkosky. if he could fit me in. He then went beyond the call of duty not only to fit me in but he got me back on the road within 1.5 hours and addressed several other issues I was not aware of. During the time at the dealership my salesman, Robert Weisgal, reached out to me to see if there was anything he can do for me...I told him what I was looking for and I hope to hear from him shortly... So I solute the dealership and Dave Z. & Robert W. for their consistent level of customer service and professionalism. More
