Bad experience because of a rude employee! Dave Z was not pleasant on the phone and was even worst in person. He should not be working in customer service or he should change his attitude. One and Done I saw an internet ad for a used car the dealership had just taken in. I called the dealership and was referred to Kevin Cao. I explained to Kevin th I saw an internet ad for a used car the dealership had just taken in. I called the dealership and was referred to Kevin Cao. I explained to Kevin that I was interested in his vehicle, but that I was coming over to Tampa from Vero Beach (150 miles) and if the car was "right", I wanted to conclude the deal. As it turned out, the car was good, but had some cosmetic damage that required repair. Kevin assured me the damage would be fully repaired and the car fully detailed before pickup. We agreed on the price of the car, with a minimum of haggling, and Kevin FedEx'd all the paperwork for signatures, handled the details, and was good on follow up. I made a second trip the following week to pick up the car, and it looked perfect. While Kevin knew I probably won't be a repeat customer, he was very responsive and professional and courteous in this transaction, and the dealer repairs were excellent. More

They went above and beyond my expectations! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Mercedes Benz of Tampa. My salesman, Bruno, went above and beyond to accommodate my busy work schedule. Th I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Mercedes Benz of Tampa. My salesman, Bruno, went above and beyond to accommodate my busy work schedule. There was constant communication about my deal, and I was not blind-sided my anything. Bruno was able to get the car I wanted, at the price I needed, and didn't waste my time. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by other friendly associates who offered a variety of beverages and snacks. Following, I was escorted to the theater lobby area where I was able to watch television, while waiting briefly for the finance manager, Jerry. We did not wait long at all in comparison to some experiences I have had at other dealers. Jerry was wonderful as well. He exceeded my expectations, and I could tell just in the shot amount of time that we spent together, that he is a genuinely good person. I was truly pleased at the level of quality service I received at this dealership. There were no surprises, and if anything, I walked away with a better deal than I anticipated. I wouldn't go anywhere else after this experience. I am loving my new car! More

Most call dealers "stealer ships" but I feel the price and labor were very fair and had a loaner for a week free of charge!! More
