Gary Green was truly a pleasure to do business with. He went above and beyond to make sure we were kept informed once we placed the order and was available any time to answer our questions. He is very professional, polite, and he made us feel like we had a new home with MB. Jerry Cardine took care of the finance portion of our purchase and he was very friendly and thorough as he guided us through the process. And thanks for letting us use your office to complete our loan! Grace Imeh was our Product Concierge and she was also a pleasure to work with. Very friendly and personable. She showed us features of the vehicle we didn't even know it had. What a great surprise! We were very impressed with the entire MB team!. More

Not a good as expected The service associate was excellent and took care of the issues that were wrong with the car. However, the team that washed the car and cleaned the interior did a very sloppy job. They always leave the outside of the car with multiple areas that are not cleaned at all. There were also multiples areas inside the car that were not vacuumed at all. More
Diappointed at first, but then the sitution was corrected. I had called Wesley Chapel Mercedes about having the EGR valve repaired on my Sprinter & was quoted a price for the part. They did not have it in sto I had called Wesley Chapel Mercedes about having the EGR valve repaired on my Sprinter & was quoted a price for the part. They did not have it in stock & told me that Tampa Mercedes did. I called Tampa, was quoted the same price for the part, told it was about a 1 hour repair. Made an apt for Sunday, arrived at the dealership only to find out that there was not a Sprinter mechanic on duty. But, there was a mechanic who could do the repair. The diagnostics was quoted at $150 (never mentioned during the call). Bobby King called me a couple hours later to tell the part would be $495 (I had been quoted $418 on both my calls to Mercedes as well as Jerry Ulm Dodge). The repair would be about 3 hours. I was very unhappy with the obvious increase in not only the price of the part, but the repair time as well. In the end the price of the part was adjusted and Bobby was kind enough to give a 10% discount on the repair. Even though it ended up costing me more than originally expected, I was very satisfied with the understanding and attempt to rectify the situation. More
