Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and transparent. Without a doubt this was the most impressive car sales experience I have ever had. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and transparent. Kudos to Ron Wardon and his team - Kevin Cao, Mark Sheets, and Julian Burt. It's been over a month since I purchased my car and I recommend asking for any of them if you are looking for a new or used car. Sadly, the experience with the finance team was terrible. I won't go into details but suffice it to say you have to check and double check everything said and make sure you get explicit answers. The good news is Bob Murray the GM and Ron Wardon helped make things right. More

At the time of checking out and making the payment the price was different of what it was quoted to us. More

NONE of them come even close to the excel As the owner of multiple vehicles, I have had the opportunity of visiting many automobile service providers. NONE of them come even close to the excellent level of service that Mercedes Benz of Tampa offers. Fast, courteous and professional level service has been provided to me at all times for the past 8 years. I even feel comfortable of sending any of my daughters to bring their vehicles for service without any wary, knowing they will be treated respectfully and properly with confidence that all repairs will be done to the high Mercedes Bens standards.
