Tough problem well handled I had an intermittent problem -- the worst. I limped the vehicle in over a week ago and they found codes but could not duplicate the problem. Given th I had an intermittent problem -- the worst. I limped the vehicle in over a week ago and they found codes but could not duplicate the problem. Given those codes it would have been a replacement of many sensors, at great expense, and they said it wouldn't be worthwhile, suggesting I bring it in when the problem was actively happening. We set out on a trip and it happened so we headed right for the dealership, calling to explain that the problem was happening RIGHT NOW. They basically dropped what they were doing and looked at it, quickly solving the problem and getting us back on the road in decent time. After a number of problems with this Sprinter, this experience lifted my impression of the brand more than any other. Kudos. More
