Top notch customer service from the moment I arrived. I took a brief look online at some of the certified pre owned vehicles this dealership had to offer. After seeing a few that caught my attention I dec I took a brief look online at some of the certified pre owned vehicles this dealership had to offer. After seeing a few that caught my attention I decided to go down and view them in person. Rather than just randomly arriving, I decided to call and ensure the main vehicle I was interested in was available and to arrange an appointment. I spoke with Julian and also Zach, who were very professional and informative. Julian set an appointment up for me to meet with Luis Garcia to view the vehicle and take a test drive. Luis was absolutely amazing. He took great care of my concerns and ensured I was receiving exactly what I wanted from the beginning. I also worked closely with a sales manager by the name of James Berger, who also was absolutely amazing and professional. These guys truly wanted to make sure I was leaving happy, and they succeeded. In addition, I worked with Jerry Cardine in the business department and Arnell Howard who wrapped things up for me in a very professional and time oriented manner. This dealership went above and beyond even my own standards for what I would expect when purchasing a new vehicle. They have gained a customer for life! More
