The service in this location is absolutely awful. I brought in my car to have new tires installed and when one started leaking air I took it to my local Tires Plus and the manager there asked me who ha brought in my car to have new tires installed and when one started leaking air I took it to my local Tires Plus and the manager there asked me who had installed my tires and he proceeded to show my how all of my rims were gouged and how that had happened when mounting my new tires. John Silvers the manager was extremely defiant and rude and would not help me with these damages and then said it must have been my fault or the previous tire installed from 4 years ago. Uh no. Awful and rude. Stay away unless you absolutely must as I am extremely disappointed with the attitude and blame game from this place. More

Had to take my new car to another MB in order to have them correct a manufacturer defect in one of the tires. This dealership failed/refused to acknowledge there was defect with a tire. The other dealers them correct a manufacturer defect in one of the tires. This dealership failed/refused to acknowledge there was defect with a tire. The other dealership replaced (warranty) the bad tire and in a “goodwill” effort did the same with the other tire. PROBLEM SOLVED!! After 3 takes at this dealership. More
I first emailed to the internet guy who pretty much took every shortcut he could. I told him I wasn’t interested in doing business with him - they forwarded me to another guy and then finally to Tom he basi every shortcut he could. I told him I wasn’t interested in doing business with him - they forwarded me to another guy and then finally to Tom he basically admitted he doesn’t expect excellence from his sales staff and co-signed them half doing their job and then after being told countless times to Not contact me he continued to barrage me with emails and phone calls I’ve already bought from another dealer who didn’t take shortcuts like these guys at Mercedes of Tampa bay led by Tom Fallon and his ridiculous mgmt strategy More
