I drove from Orlando to purchase my first MB from Chad Chad at MB of Tampa sent me a very aggressive Internet price quote, but I had never driven the car. So I drove to a local dealership to test drive. Th Chad at MB of Tampa sent me a very aggressive Internet price quote, but I had never driven the car. So I drove to a local dealership to test drive. Their quoted price was higher. We left their dealership and the following day I contacted Chad to insure no errors were made with his quote. He confirmed that his price was correct and error free. The unnamed dealership called me the following day and said they would honor MB of Tampa's quote. I didn't think it was fair to Chad, so I drove to Tampa. MB of Tampa made the buying experience worth the drive. I would do it again!!! Thanks again, RF More

Best service in Tampa Dave Z at MB of Tampa is great. He had 2 loaners cars ready for me, and my wife before we arrived for service. Great service from the minute I walked through the door! I recently purchased a used car from this dealership and the people who work there were all top-notch. It didn't matter that the car I bought was inex I recently purchased a used car from this dealership and the people who work there were all top-notch. It didn't matter that the car I bought was inexpensive...I was treated the same way that I expect they treat their top-of-the-line Mercedes buyers. Disappoint I went to this place for my car service, everything went well, not until I found some of my personal stuff and my pufume got stolen from my gluv compa I went to this place for my car service, everything went well, not until I found some of my personal stuff and my pufume got stolen from my gluv compartment, I went back for complain, all they told me is to call the cops! I would have called the cops but I had a visitor with me and didn't want to make a big seen in the company over $100, I spent $500 on service that day! Am just so disappointed and ashamed to be with them!!! More
