Moe started ,oh this is s great car I'm like ok another nut job Steve says I wanna test drive it so Moe gets the keys he's off I'm looking around at them like there not that bad . Steve comes back there both smiling he says try it . Let me tell you I fell in love ,this car is like a speedy bug so we say we want it but we would like sunroof the color we want was not available at the time so they tried to change panels but it didn't look good. We bought this for our Haul trailer we own motorcycles so now if it rains we have a cute little car. So the next day we meet another team member Kevin Cao what a Guy he was so knowledgable about the smart car and everything we enjoyed him very much . I have been driving my smart car around and I Love It and will definitely recommend these two gentlemen to anyone oh and a shout out to Brett Tatum he tried to get us that sun roof good try Thank You Again Guys More

Great facility and people, but slow I took my C250 in for the 3 year regularly scheduled maintenance last Friday and planned to stay there and do some work from my laptop since I was to I took my C250 in for the 3 year regularly scheduled maintenance last Friday and planned to stay there and do some work from my laptop since I was told it would take 1.5 hrs. After 2 hours, I asked the staus and was told they were "working on it". After 2.5 hrs, I was told it was in the queue for the car wash and would be another 20-30 minutes; I had a client appointment at 1:30 p.m. (I'm glad I padded the estimate) and told the service consultant that I couldn't wait that long. He was able to get it washed faster, but the car wasn't fully dried when I got it. I assume the service was done correctly; I didn't have any issues coming in, so I wouldn't know. Everyone was very professional and the facility is clean and nice. I had to wait for a table in the waiting lobby so I could use my laptop. In the future, I will ask if the time I am scheduled for is a very popular day and time (Friday at 10:30 a.m.) and move it to a different one if so. I love my car and am a big Mercedes of Tampa fan! More
