We have had many Mercedes over the years, and this experience was, by far, the best. We had been searching for a GLE350 4matic, and used many dealers, wholesalers,etc to help. None could seem to help us get what we wanted (which was not all that uncommon). We decided to call the Tampa store where we were directed to Bruno Santelli. He hit the ground running, and didn't stop. We have NEVER in the many years we've had these cars, had the customer service that he provided to us. He and the staff at Tampa Mercedes went above and beyond for us and we could not be more appreciative. We live in Orlando, and will definitely be coming to Tampa from now on to purchase our cars.
