Easy Transition I wanted to trade in my car and receive the highest offer. I went to other dealerships and no one came close to Mercedes' offer. DeAndre was very quick and helpful with my prospective vehicle needs. The minute I walked in, he immediately took note of what I wanted and within seconds we were on the lot scoping out cars. It didn't take long for me to make a decision all because he researched and narrowed down the vehicles that I may like. There were some hiccups along the way, but Adil and Brett made sure to take care of me and managed to land me the best deal. It was a bittersweet feeling letting go of my very first car, but everyone I have encountered guaranteed a smooth transition as well as reassurance that my old car will be in great hands. Car had stalling issues. Waited on new program from Mercede My time with David and Frank were very professional. Was not excited being without my car for so long. Was also quite shocked they did not do an immediate recall on these cars knowing how dangerous it was to put a family behind the wheel of a car that stalled in traffic putting our lives at risk. If it had only been one vehicle I could understand Mercedes stance but knowing it was multi cars of this model doing the same thing. Very unsettling and so thankful for David Vaughn during this situation. Kathy More
