Emergency Repair Handled Professionally I wasn't sure what to do when my vehicle started to overheat. I called my advisor, Dave Z, and as always he provided guidance as well as a same-day ap I wasn't sure what to do when my vehicle started to overheat. I called my advisor, Dave Z, and as always he provided guidance as well as a same-day appointment, even though their schedule was so full that their entire, large loaner fleet was already committed. This was my first experience with Roadside Tow Assistance, and that went smoothly. Once at the dealership, my warranty vehicle repair began promptly and I was on my way within a few hours.
