BUYER BEWARE!!! -- Don't be fooled by this generic response from the the internet team at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa. We met with Alex Glickman prior to the original post and he pushed us off on his dire response from the the internet team at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa. We met with Alex Glickman prior to the original post and he pushed us off on his director of finance. We have proven that the finance manager was being dishonest, once this proof was provided, the director of finance tried to blame this on military lending laws. The reality: this dealership made a mistake and rather than owning it and correcting it, they expect a young military serviceman to to pay the price for that mistake. More

Excellent Service Advisor - Jaden Batten I am on my 5th new Mercedes thru this dealership. My service advisor, Darrell Williams for 10+ years was outstanding. Daryl moved on and I am now wo I am on my 5th new Mercedes thru this dealership. My service advisor, Darrell Williams for 10+ years was outstanding. Daryl moved on and I am now working with Jaden Batten. Jaden is equally stellar. Her positive approach and obvious knowledge of the Mercedes line-up is impressive. I recently purchased a new 2020 Tiffin RV on the Mercedes Sprinter chassis. I was really pleased to learn that Jaden and this dealership are very knowledgeable on the Sprinter chassis. So, I highly recommend this dealership and in particular I appreciate the caliber of their service advisors, like Jaden Batten. More
