Best Service we've ever experienced. Dave Zupkosky has always provided us with prompt service and provided the best advise keeping our cars in excellent condition. We presently have a ML63 and a 2014 SLS and feel very comfortable having Dave look after them. In addition Tampa Bay Mercedes always provides us with a clean newer Mercedes loaner that is not something from a rental car company with thousands of miles on it. Because of the excellent service provided by Dave and Tampa Bay Mercedes, when we are ready for replacement, Tampa Bay Mercedes will be our first choice. More

Best Dealership - Great First Experience This was my first foray into luxury cards. I was connected with Mark Gray through my credit union. He gave me such a great deal, better than any of th This was my first foray into luxury cards. I was connected with Mark Gray through my credit union. He gave me such a great deal, better than any of the other MB dealerships. The other dealerships seemed like they didn't care if they got your business or not. Mark went above and beyond. I was in a tricky position because of the negative equity on my trade-in but he was able to work magic and gave me $3000 more for my trade-in than any other MB dealership and came down on the MSRP by $5000 to get me to the sweet spot I needed to be in.
