He has allowed me to take my time -- leave, come back, think -- and I never feel pressured to purchase. I would highly recommend asking for Robert when you visit Mercedes-Benz of Tampa. The management and financial staff were super nice to deal with also. In addition, whenever I have brought my Mercedes in for service, the service staff helps you quickly and painlessly. My other family members have BMWs, and their service area is poor in comparison. More

No effort Bringing in the car for service was no problem. I was greeted, offered a specialty coffee and water and was able to relax while waiting on my car.
