Wonderful Experience I've bought many cars in the past, and this was by far the easiest purchase. Yes I did my homework and I worked for all the rebates and discounts and I've bought many cars in the past, and this was by far the easiest purchase. Fictious repair proposal...tried to scam me! I got a sensor light on my dashboard saying I had low tire pressure. I took it to the Mercedes dealership of Tampa on Dale Mabry to have them look at I got a sensor light on my dashboard saying I had low tire pressure. I took it to the Mercedes dealership of Tampa on Dale Mabry to have them look at it. I got a call back from the service dept saying that (A.) all 4 tires needed to be replaced (B.) all 4 rims were bent (C.) the car needed alignment. All for the quoted price of $2,500!!!! This was an interesting diagnosis as (A.) I purchased new tires from that very service dept 8,900 miles ago (B.) I just had the car aligned by that very service dept 2,100 miles ago. I find it hard to swallow that all 4 tires can go bad with such low mileage and the car can go out of alignment after a few thousand miles. I decided to not let them rip me off and picked up my car and refused their service proposal. I then took my car to another authorized Mercedes service company who told me that (A.) all 4 tires were good and were consistent with normal wear of 8,900 miles and didn't need replaced (B.) the rims were not bent (C.) and the car did not need alignment. I find the service dept's behavior to be immoral and borderline illegal. More

Simon truly is the AMG expert in product knowledge, familiarity with the build/order process, and the customer delivery experience. My new AMG arrived arrived exactly how Simon estimated. On time, perfect and without excuse. Mary was also very knowledgeable of the vehicle during delivery, and was kind enough to explain every inch of the car in detail, explain the differences of my previous MB and was a pleasure to deal with. Adil was great, provided some realistic purchasing advise that truly was in my best interest and avoided the hard sell commonly found elsewhere. Outstanding dealership in the Tampabay area I brought my E350 in to have wheel work done and I was in and out in less than 10 min. 2 Less than average service advisor Husband called for pricing on tires from Mercedes and decided to get brand not offered online and drop shipped. Once tires drop shipped to dealer our Husband called for pricing on tires from Mercedes and decided to get brand not offered online and drop shipped. Once tires drop shipped to dealer our "then" svc. advisor gave us a different pricing and was being rude on the phone with my husband. With this in mind, I called another advisor and explained the situation and he said "What did "1st advisor" say the price was?" - not a good answer. I said to him it didn't matter that I wanted a different pricing since it was inconsistent. Then this advisor very quickly blurbed out a bunch of numbers and that was it. Also, both advisors were not personable, consistent, nor looking for the best interest of the customer. After much uncertainty, I decided to contact the Svc. Mgr., Fernando Muniz, who was VERY concerned and a delight to speak to. He clearly was concerned, explained the costs, and assigned us a different Svc. Advisor, Rick Greene. Rick Greene was very professional, personable, and accommodating to our needs. He DOES put the customer first which is very refreshing! Thanks to Fernando and Rick we will continue business with this dealership. More
